2018 Tyler Area Regional Conference
Non-Member Registration

Develop a “BIG HEART” for your weekday program and for teaching young children by attending the Tyler/Green Acres Regional Conference on September 8, 2018.

Encourage all of the programs in your area to attend, as this will be a great training and networking opportunity in your area!

Register and pay for all of your staff online. The registration link is at the bottom of this page. After your information has been entered, select "ADD" under Staff Members Information to enter each of your staff members who will be attending.

Member Rate is $65, and Non-Member Rate is $85.  Registrations received after Wednesday, August 22, will incur a $25/per person late fee.

Have a credit card ready. Payment for your conference registration can be made by credit card (through Pay Pal) or check after completing this form for all attendees.  If paying by check, please note you need to mail your check to the Austin, TX, address provided.  Your registration will be considered pending until your check has been received.

Not a member of TBCWEA?  You can complete the online Membership registration form at www.tbcwe.org to take advantage of Member Rates for you and your staff.  Membership is from January to December each year and can be renewed in December for our 2019 events.

 Lunch is included with registration, however accommodations cannot be made for special diets.  Also note that children, including nursing infants, are not allowed at TBCWE events.

Reminder: TBCWE does not issue refunds for registration fees, but do allow paid registrations to be transferred to other staff members.
