REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The registration fee is $10 for residents and attendees.

Deadline for registration
Resident: May 9th, 2016
Non-Resident: June 10th, 2016

Deadline for residents to submit abstract/CV/conflict of interest form
 May 9th, 2016

Deadline for residents to update abstract
 June 3rd, 2016

This educational program is sponsored by the New York State Council of Health-system Pharmacists (NYSCHP) who is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education.  This program is pending approval for 0.6 CEU(s) (6 contact hours). 

CE code that will be provided at the meeting.  All attendees have 45 days to process their CE credits. 

PARKING

Parking on the Long Island University Campus is only available for LIU Faculty and Staff.  Parking for the NYC Regional Residency Conference is NOT available at LIU, but is available at several neighboring parking facilities.  These facilities are NOT affiliated with the NYC Regional Residency Conference or Long Island University:  LAZ Parking at The Brooklyn Hospital Center (corner of DeKalb Ave & Ashland Place).  Parking at these facilities is governed by each facility’s rules and market rates.  We do not endorse any particular facility.
