Course Overview
The PNTC Intermediate Handgun School is for the the operator, officer, shooter or competitor who wants to break loose from the lower or mid level rankings and unlock the secrets of top competition shooters.
Rather than focusing on the particulars of IPSC, USPSA, IDPA or Bianchi Cup disciplines we will work on saving time, improving stage planning and improving the base techniques that produces the greatest improvement in overall speed and accuracy which can be used in all disciplines.
The course which almost entirely consists of range instruction and live fire, will take advantage of PNTC's full spectrum of ranges, targets and props. Students will also shoot from various positions, shoot various disciplines, and work on critical skills of shooting and moving.
Students should bring their own safe and serviceable handgun, either revolver or pistol, in a caliber of .45, .40, 9mm at least two extra magazines or speed-loaders and belt carriers for the same, a holster and sturdy belt. However, Peacemaker has premium competition handguns for rent to students. 250 ounds of ammunition will be required per student.
