Forrest City Medical Center 2018 Weight Loss Competition 

What would you do with $10,000 and a new body?

Forrest City Medical Center and HealthyWage are teaming up for a $10,000 Team Challenge. This fun team weight loss challenge can change your life and give your team the chance to win up to $10,000!

This team challenge weight loss competition is a 12-week event where five-member teams will compete for HUGE cash prizes, including a $10,000 prize to the top team overall in the challenge. You'll get online team support, motivation, and expert guidance to help you lose weight. Initial weigh-in will be at Forrest City Medical Center on January 6.

The challenge starts January 5, and ends March 30, 2018.

Each team will consist of five members, and registration is $70 per person. Participation on an individual basis is allowed. Individuals not having a complete team at registration will be placed by HealthyWage officials with other participants to form a complete five-member team. Registration and payment must be completed online prior to coming for the weigh-in. Team members may weigh in individually, and are not required to come to the Weigh-In at the same time. The Initial Weigh-In will be conducted on Friday, January 5, between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm, in the FCMC Marketing Office, located on the first floor.
