Retail Workshop 

Conway Downtown Alive is pleased to work with Gibbs Planning Group to present a fast-paced workshop that is designed to give small retailers and restaurants specific nuts and bolts techniques for increasing shopper traffic and sales. The two-hour hour presentation will illustrate new consumer trends, store design and visual merchandising techniques that can be applied for small businesses. The session will review actual case studies for colors, lighting, shopper movement, signage and window displays. Participants will learn about the eight-second rule, the decompression zone, the front and center table, and the power point of purchase zone.  

The workshop is free for Conway Downtown Alive members and $25 for non-members.  Advanced registration is not required, but encouraged.  The Workshop will be held at Theatre of the Republic at 337 Main Street in Downtown Conway from 8:30-10:30 AM on Thursday, February 16, 2017.
