The 2019 UMAPP Room Show - Exhibitor Application

Apply for the 2019 UMAPP Room Show, held at the Marriott Airport, Bloomington, Minnesota (NEW LOCATION), on February 25. All eligible suppliers who submit an application are placed on a ballot for our distributors to vote online.
- The suppliers who receive the top 10 votes are in automatically.
- One supplier is chosen by the room show committee, making a total of 11 exhibitors.
- Cost: $1,250, includes exhibit fee, breakfast, and plated lunch.
- Suppliers who exhibited in 2018 or 2017 are not eligible to apply. CLICK HERE for the list of ineligible exhibitors.
- Timeline:
September 28 - deadline to apply to be at the room show
October 2- 9 - Online voting by distributors to choose the top 10 suppliers they want to see at the show. The room show committee will choose an 11th exhibitor to provide variety or offer the spot to a company who has not been at the show before or for a long time.

Do you know how this show works?
- Each exhibitor has their own meeting room.
- Exhibitors give 25-minute presentations to 11 groups of distributors.
- All distributor attendees have assigned groups and they rotate together to each meeting room every 30 minutes, so you have a new group of distributors every 30 minutes.
- All exhibitors receive the full show attendee list (name, company, mailing address, phone, and email).
- You can expect to see between 9-15 distributors in each group. Where else can you see around 150 distributors in one day, from all over the UMAPP region? And have actual conversations with them during presentations?
- For this show, we ask that you make these presentations educational and interactive. These distributors are serious sales reps who pay to attend this show. Some are new, and others are veteran professionals in this industry.
- They are looking for in-depth education about how to sell your products and who to sell them to, plus case histories, to learn more about you and how the company works. Take this opportunity to make an impact with these attendees! Some of the more successful and memorable presentations have been from exhibitors who make those 25 minutes fun and exciting. Give your audience something to remember. Self promos are always a hit, plus samples.
