Is the young adult in your house looking for a college experience?
Join Family Empowerment and Easterseals for a presentation about Easterseals’ College Navigator Program, which provides individualized services to college students with disabilities based on their goals, strengths, and needs.
College Navigator Navigators assist students in identifying barriers, advocating for the student’s needs, and accessing college services and resources to successfully reach graduation.
Services are delivered in person, virtually, or through a hybrid model to meet each student’s needs! Learn about the criteria for eligibility, which services are provided and which colleges offer the Program.
