TRANSITION RESOURCE FAIR

Exhibitor Resource Fair: 6:00-7:30 p.m.

The Transition Resource Fair focuses on future options for high school students as they prepare for their next steps once out of school. The event provides an opportunity to meet local families and students who are interested in Transition services. The Fair is a free resource event open to the entire community.

PANEL DISCUSSION, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: The Panel Discussion will highlight service options available to young adults during and after the transition years of 14-22. Representatives from DDS and MRC will speak during the panel discussion. 

EXHIBITOR RESOURCE FAIR, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.: You will be given an individual Zoom Breakout Room to meet with attendees. The Zoom room will function like any other Zoom meeting. Exhibitor Breakout Rooms open at 6:00 p.m. to attendees - please plan to be there by 5:55.

If you intend to share a screen with visitors to the room, it is best to have that screen ready on your computer to share BEFORE accessing the meeting and entering the room. You can also drop links in the Chat Room for attendees to copy. You may want to put your name, organization and email in the chat room before the meeting begins. If you have questions, please contact Michelle.Mendes@Pathlightgroup.org.

Please register as soon as you can since the number of Breakout Rooms is limited and when the maximum is reached the Fair will be closed to Exhibitors. When you register, there is a spot for one exhibitor and one colleague if you wish.

After the Fair, we will send an email to all attendees with follow up information linked to our Family Empowerment website, including a list of all Exhibitors. If you would like to include PDF files as a further description of your services to all attendees (and all of our website visitors) please send files (PDF or URL links only) to Joanne.Lucey@Pathlightgroup.org by May 21 at the latest if you would like to be included in that promotion opportunity. We will also include the Transition Fair Program on our website with your organization's description you provided upon registration.

Breakout Rooms will NOT be recorded. Only the Panel Discussion will be recorded for future viewing.

WHEN TO JOIN THE EVENT AS AN EXHIBITOR: You are welcome to attend the Panel Discussion whch begins at 5:00 p.m.  Otherwise, please arrive no later than 5:55 to enter your Breakout Room awaiting attendees.
