Join us for a full day of training presented by Jim Conway from the Search Institute!
Learn how to motivate young people in your school, organization, or community by tapping their “sparks,” their deep passions and interests. We will discover the central role of sparks in engaging and motivating youth to learn, contribute, and grow. Participants will explore how to engage young people in identifying, cultivating, and expressing their sparks and will develop strategies for intentionally engaging young people in conversations and actions that are rooted in their passions and interests.
