No Wrong Door Training

Social service systems can be complex and difficult to navigate.  Last year, The Butler County Family & Children First Council piloted the No Wrong Door Initiative to ensure that when people are in need, they can be connected to services regardless of what agency they call seeking help.  No Wrong Door agencies received education on the resources available in Butler County and customer service training so that staff and clients have comprehensive, streamlined information about the available supports and services.
