Early Registration starts now and ends May 31st. Early registration is $55.00 per person.
Regular Registration runs from June 1st to July 15th. Regular registration fee is $75.00 per person.
Late Registration is $95.00 per person.

A Tropical Breeze on Fantasy Island
Your guests are always welcome to participate in the annual Navigator Rendezvous. Please register your guest(s) as soon as possible as we need accurate head counts for planning purposes.
If you are uncertain as to who will be joining you but you know that you are brining someone, then you are welcome to simply register them as Guest 1, Guest 2, etc. Prior to the actual event you will need to provide first and last names so that we can print their name badge. Remember there is no fee for children under 10, however, again for name badges we need them registered.
If your guest(s) are paying for the own registration fee, then you should forward the email that was sent to you and request that they register themselves.
When registering, you must first enter your information and then you can register your guests. Please contact Beth Simon at bsimon@bbcsinc.com should you need assistance or notification when your guest registers.
A full registration fee entitles your guest to participate in all activities as well as enjoy the Welcome lunch on Thursday, dinner on Friday and Saturday and brunch on Sunday. If your guest is joining you for only a portion of the weekend, you can specify which meals you would like them to be included in.
Regarding Cancellations of Reservations:
Cancellation made before the Regular Registration closes will be 100% refunded less a fixed processing fee of $10.00. Refunds will be processed through PayPal, if possible.
Cancellation after the end of Regular Registration and still 3 weeks prior to the actual event will be 50% refunded less a fixed processing fee of $10.00. Refunds will be processed through PayPal, if possible.
Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the actual event for ANY reason will not be refunded.
