Zoom and in-person at ISD Headquarters, in-person only for 2 of the 8 classes. Everyone is encouraged strongly to come in person if possible to facilitate a more cohesive group energy exchange and experience!

YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Kimberly Winsor is a Registered Polarity Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She is an experienced bodyworker and herbalist of 22 years. After graduating from the NM Academy of Healing Arts in 2002 with a Dual Certification in Massage and Polarity Therapies, training in Chinese and Ayurvedic Nutrition and movement therapies she has enjoyed maintaining a private practice embracing people, animals and the environment. The offering of this material is the culmination of over a decade studying with Jerry Becker of Healing Touch Wisconsin, 2 decades of managing her own bounderies while mindfully touching bodies, a decade working with Marcus Daniels and his Authentic Feeling and the Healing Process workships, and a prayerful collaboration with higher teachers and guides. Much gratitude goes to all of those who have gone before...

personal power and healing for people from all walks of life!
Sanctity of the Vessel is a class series that offers various techniques, practices and clearings, ~ anything~ that clears the way for our soul to work cleanly and clearly through this created form we call our bodies. Refining flow and connection of intent from our high self as pure & potent rivers navigating distractions & challenges we've picked up along the way these classes will feel more like circles than classes.
The first class is free, will be an introduction & orientation to key concepts, and experience the first powerful grounding tool- Scroll down for Details on Class#1.
With emphasis on density and form, this will be something that you* have to carry on and integrate into your routine. An investment to slow down and feel into new ways of your experience of living. Each of the class topics offered enhance grounding of the soul to body, and will enhance allowing the soul to “operate the vehicle” more smoothly through this nervous system, through this body into a more elegant version of what our timeless soul would have us be. The work will be on you, but I look forward to sharing these select modalities, meditations and healings to do just that. My intention is to empower us all, with things that can make our job of living easier in this busy, chaotic and sometimes overwhelming age.

The Ropes & Ultrasonic Core

This first class of the series is free and will be an introduction and orientation to what I'm talking about (ie. "the ropes")! Key concepts for everyone to settle in with about what we're doing, explore, ask questions and go home with one powerful exercise (that doesn't take long!) with many layers and much potential for growth as a tool to use well into the future, getting us going with sure feet on this path. (If you are zooming in please have space to move around your workspace). Expect circle chat time up front followed by integrating all that info with this powerful moving meditation.
Increasing Coherency of Brain Waves thru Sound Healing

(I am willing to zoom those in who want the information, but the tuning fork frequencies don't provide the same healing experience over the internet as they do in person and I don't want to disappoint! There will be a physical movement based exercise offered at the end of class which can replicate effects with brain neuroplasticity for those that may not find tuning forks ideal. Email me if you would like to know about purchasing the relevant tuning fork set for use before class!)
