"Self Care for Lightworkers" with Melinda Witter

Join Rev. Melinda Witter, ISD-TC, for a mission critical journey into Self-Care for Lightworkers and Healthcare workers. Energetic and practical self-care requires taking responsibility for our own well-being, and in return, being able to better serve our community. This ZOOM only course provides recommended therapeutic self-care for lightworkers & healers.

In this three-part series, we will explore the multitude of tools and practices to boost our self-care and have an abundance of resources to share with others.  This course is a requirement for ISD's Intuitive Practitioner Certificate Program, and for the Healing Practitioner Certificate Program, but is open to anyone at all levels of interest and development.

  • discipline of Self-Care
  • Develop the ability to get out of a “rut” and implement a diversity of methods of Self-Care
  • Establish a variety of Grounding Mechanisms for different situations
