Amanda Hoover is the Co-Director at the Institute for Spiritual Development in Oneonta, and is a student in the Ministerial Program. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Masters of Science in Education and is a certified school counselor and school administrator. She has studied metaphysics, spirituality, and world religions at the college level. Amanda has Reiki Master Practitioner Certification and is a certified life coach. She has received extensive professional development in mindfulness in education and training in meditation.

For the sixth in our 'Touch the Earth; Reach the Sky' Soulful Healing Summer Series, we will be diving in to the book 'E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality' by Pam Grout
A book contemplation study of E-Squared with Amanda Hoover, Counselor & School Administrator, who will lead us in meditation techniques for seeing how our mind creates experiences outside of us; and discuss the concepts of holographic reality and quantum physics to see how this process actually works.
We recommend coming have read the book and practiced the experiments. As well as journaling your experiments to bring to the class if you are comfortable sharing.
