Reiki is universal life force energy. This Japanese technique is used for stress reduction, relaxation and balance. If one's chi is low or blocked, then we are more likely to become ill or feel stress. When chi is high, we are better able to be healthy and happy in mind, body and spirit.
Reiki clears and balances the life force energy allowing for the body to best care for itself. It is an essential tool for those caring for themselves and loved ones. Reiki complements other treatments.
You will learn the history of Reiki including lineage, receive attunements for increased power and effectiveness and learn traditional techniques and tips on how you may personalize your sessions.
You will be able to practice and ask questions. You will receive a manual and certificate. As your Reiki teacher, Jackie will be available for ongoing support.
Lunch includes a variety of sandwiches, salad & fruit & cookies.

Jackie Madden is a Usui Reiki Master/teacher trained by Myra Foland and Sandy Yost. Jackie is a sanctioned healer at ISD. Jackie has been practicing Reiki since 2004. She works in Delaware, Schoharie and Otsego counties providing Reiki to plants, animals, and people of all ages at her Oneonta office, events, and through distance Reiki.
Jackie is also a Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer. This course was created by Mike Dooley (Tut.com). By changing your thoughts and beliefs and taking action, you may reach your goals and achieve your dreams.
Jackie has a holistic approach. She teaches Reiki and a wide variety of personal enrichment classes and workshops to help people reduce stress and live a balanced and fulfilled life.
