This webinar will provide an overview of drug interactions with opioid medications with a focus on methadone and buprenorphine. Epidemiology of opioid misuse and adverse effects, and principles of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics that underlie drug interactions will be discussed as will examples of adverse drug-drug interactions.
