The Panama City SAME Post is hosting an Industry Day and accompanying Golf Tournament in May of this year. We have two great days planned at the Wyndham Bay Point Golf Resort. Our theme of for this year’s event is “Installation Mission Support” and it reflects a major reorganization in the Air Force to include mission support functions in one organization – Air Force Installation Mission Support Center (AFIMSC). Part of our post’s mission is to provide networking opportunities and serve as a bridge between both government and commercial sectors. While we are still working on confirming our invited guest speakers, refer to the Draft agenda below.
Our planning committee has a few other events planned including our post’s monthly luncheon that will highlight the history of RED HORSE. There will be an Icebreaker event the night before on Wednesday to kick off the event. An evening event will cap the day on Thursday and serve as a transition to the following day of golfing on Friday morning.
We solicit your support in three ways. First, please make an effort to attend the Industry Day. We believe the information and networking opportunities will be excellent. Second, try to field a company team at the golf event. Finally, consider a sponsorship by your company. Your support would be most welcome in helping the post raise funds for our community and outreach programs.
