Saint Joseph Regional Hall of Fame Dinner
Please join us for our 10th Hall of Fame Dinner, where we will honor six members of the SJR family: former faculty member Frank DeVito, former staff member Catherine Madonna, outstanding alumnus Karl Kilb '82, alumni parent and benefactor Joseph Scott, Sr., and outstanding alumni athletes Devin and Jason McCourty '05.
Frank DeVito
Social studies teacher Frank DeVito retired from the school in June after a 37-year career at SJR. Through the years, Mr. DeVito served as an assistant cross country coach and moderator of the Student Activities Council. He also helped coordinate Open House programs and assisted in the selection of National Honor Society members.
Catherine Madonna
Mrs. Madonna worked at St. Joseph Regional High School for 44 years, retiring in June of 2012. She served as executive secretary for six of the seven principals in SJR history. She was the recipient of the Stars Award for Outstanding Service to Catholic Education from the Archdiocese of Newark in 2003.
Karl Kilb
During his time at the school, Mr. Kilb received the St. Joseph's Medal and was editor of the school newspaper, active in student government and on the tennis team. He is a member of SJR's Board of Counsultants and is President/CEO of N2 Global Solutions.
Joseph Scott, Sr.
Mr. Scott has been a longtime supporter of SJR. As a partner in Mayrich Corporation, he helped build the SJR Field House and install the turf field in 2003; he generously supported the 2013 renovation of Dinallo Stadium and has been a contributor to the SJR Scholarship Fund.
Devin and Jason McCourty '05
Devin and Jason are starting defensive backs in the NFL. Devin plays for the New England Patriots, 2015 Superbowl Champs; Jason, for the Tennessee Titans. Both were nominated by their teams for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, which recognizes a player's volunteer and charitable work in addition to his performance on the field. Devin and Jason are active with the Embrace Kids Foundation, a nonprofit that supports children and families as they battle cancer, sickle cell disease and other illnesses.
