In conjunction with the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA), Maine MEP will offer a half-day leadership overview of supply chain optimization.
Supply chains are a critical part of any manufacturing operation and have significant impacts on the viability and profitability of a manufacturer. Optimizing your supply chain can lower your business risks, increase your own reliability, stabilize your costs and make your operation stronger overall. Attending this seminar will introduce you to the ideas of supply chain optimization, allow you participation in a system simulation and layout a roadmap for supply chain optimization.
