Founded in 2013 by Robert McDuffie, the Rome Chamber Music Festival takes stage each June at the Palazzo Barberini and has become one of the city's most anticipated cultural events.  Concerts feature both classical masterworks and contemporary pieces performed by internationally renowned musicians and participants of the festival's De Simone Young Artist Program.  The festival plays to full houses of chamber music enthusiasts from around the world and has received brilliant reviews every year.

Dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists, the Rome Chamber Music Festival seeks to further the education and performing experience of promising musicians.  Every season the festival invites a select number of talented music students from across the globe to participate in its De Simone Young Artist Program.  Access to prominent artists and the opportunity to study with and play alongside them is invaluable to an emerging musician's personal and professional aspirations.
