Non-Member - $70.00

Registered after deadline including Walk-In’s:
Member - $65.00
Non-Member - $90.00

Our hope is that each of you takes advantage of the discounted pre-registration costs so that we may provide The Hotel with an accurate attendee and allow everyone in attendance to enjoy the full amenities The Hotel has to offer.

The deadline is the Monday before the meeting date unless stated otherwise.

Maryland Chapter of AAHAM Monthly Meetings

Dear Maryland AAHAM Members,

As a follow-up to our email in October regarding our new monthly meeting policy we want to remind everyone of the importance of registering prior to the deadline for monthly meetings. Registering early provides members with a discount of 23% off the after deadline fee while allowing Maryland AAHAM to provide the Hotel with an accurate attendance count.

Due to this requirement we can no longer offer full refunds for registrations canceled after the registration deadline however In the event a last minute cancelation is unavoidable we do offer the following option:

• Registration transferred to another member for the same meeting. If member registration is transferred to a non-member the attendee is responsible for the $25 difference between member/non-member fee.

Cancellations prior to the deadline will still result in a credit towards a future meeting.

Please join your colleagues and peers for a day of education at our annual Spring Third Party Payer session. This session provides excellent opportunities for providers to speak directly with provider relations representatives to have their questions answered. If you have submitted a question to a payer for the afternoon Q&A, please bring a copy as well as examples to utilize during your visit with that payer. We look forward to seeing you at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve on March 6, 2015.
