Personalized ask amounts can result in immediate increases to your direct mail fundraising.  Our annual giving experts share how to make the right ask, offer formulas yuo can use and show how even the smallest development offices can do personalized ask mailings.

Chanel Bowers is the annual giving communications and project manager for DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind.  Chanel began her career in development at her alma mater, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, where she managed the annual fund as well as the alumni engagement programs.  Prior to working for DePauw, she oversaw the annual giving program for Marian University Indianapolis.  Chanel serves on the CASE Indiana board of directors.

Rosie Blankenship is the reunion and class giving officer for DePauw University, where she has been since October.  Prior to working for DePauw, she was the annual giving and alumnae/i relations manager for the Sisters of Providence at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.  Rosie has worked in non-profit advancement for more than 20 years, starting her career in communications.  She earned her CFRE in 2013 and has served for several years on AFP Indiana Chapter's Brown Bag committee.
