How do you express your unique inner voice of inspiration? We are channels, vessels here for creative spirit to flow through us freely. How are you calling in the life you love?  We invite you to rediscover your gift of voice and to find out how you use this gift to create from your deepest source of power. The ancient art of storytelling heals and creates a platform for us to dance out the lives we dream of.  Each one of us tells a story through our thoughts, words, and actions every day. Let us gather to inspire collective stories to enfold through our bodies and voices!  Join Jessie, Valarie, and Ian for a night of mixed yoga, meditation, Sound Healing, Kirtan, and expression as we open the throat chakra to tap into our creative power.

You will learn to:

                                befriend the breath

discover crystals that benefit the voice

gauge fullness of your presence through chants, hums, melodies and    sound healing

express from a place of authenticity and inspiration

                                 meditate on intention

tap into universal power and creativity
