SEAKM 2015 Annual Meeting Exhibitor Registration 

All vendors will be assigned to a luncheon table and will be listed as the sponsor for the table to maximize membership interaction and organization identity.

Event Information

Basic Exhibitor Fee plus Banner Advertising - $500

The Basic Fee plus Advertising entitiles you to register two individuals to attend any of the presentations, join us for the annual meeting luncheon,  Thursday evening Science Center Event and interact with our membership during the exhibition time(includes a standard 8'8" exhibit table).  A minimum of 205 minutes of networking and exhibition time will be provided.  The fee also insures that your organization's logo and contact information will be included in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.  A full years advertising is included on all printed materials and the website www.seakm.com.

SEAKM 2015 Annual Meeting Proceedings Flash Drive Sponsorship Fee - $1500

The SEAKM 2015 Annual Meeting Proceedings Flash Drive Sponsorship Fee includes all of the benefits of the Basic Exhibitor Fee and the opportunity for your organization’s logo to be displayed on one side of the SEAKM 2015 Annual Meeting Proceedings Flash Drives that are distributed to all of the SEAKM membership.  The Annual Proceedings Flash Drive Fee also includes a premium exhibitor location and special recognition in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Schedule of Events and the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.

Tour or Presentation Sponsorship Thursday afternoon - $1000.00

The Tour Sponsorship Fee includes all the benefits of the Basic Exhibitor Fee and the opportunity to have our membership tour your facility or provide an extended presentation.  The Sponsorship Fee also includes a premium exhibitor location and special recognition in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Schedule of Events and the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.  This is an excellent opportunity to gather a large captive audience of potential customers.

Science Center Event Supporters - $500.00

Our Event Supporters get one paid conference registration to all events and presentations.  Inclusion in all meeting corresspondence and printed materials.  Inclusion in the event website.  Opportunity for brief presentation during the Science Center event.  This sponsorship level does not include a booth in the exhibit hall.

Science Center Event Affiliates - $250.00

Affilite level sponsors includepaid conference registration to all evenst and presentations.  Inclusion in all Science Center Event materials.  This sponsorship level does not include a booth in the exhibit hall.
