SEAKM 2014 Annual Meeting Exhibitor Registration 

All vendors this year will be assigned to a luncheon table and will be listed as the sponsor for the table to maximize membership interaction and organization identity.

Basic Exhibitor Fee plus Banner Advertising - $450

The Basic Fee plus Advertising entitiles you to register one individual to attend any of the presentations, join us for the annual meeting luncheon, and interact with our membership during the exhibition time(includes an exhibit booth with table).  A minimum of 75 minutes of exhibition time will be provided.  The fee also insures that your organization's logo and contact information will be included in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.  Lastly the fee provides your organization with full year advertising on www.SEAKM.com.  The ads will be displayed prominently and will be click through.

Basic Exhibitor Fee - $400

The Basic Exhibitor Fee entitles you to register one individual to attend any of the annual meeting presentations, join us for the annual meeting luncheon, and interact with our membership during the annual meeting exhibition times (includes an exhibit booth with table).  A minimum of 75 minutes of exhibition time will be provided.  The basic exhibitor fee also insures that your organization’s logo and contact information will be included in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.  Additional representatives from your organization may register and participate for an additional fee of $50. 

Breakfast Sponsorship Fee - $600

The Breakfast Sponsorship Fee includes all of the benefits of the Basic Exhibitor Fee and the opportunity for a 20 minute presentation provided by your organization during registration and continental breakfast.  The Breakfast Sponsorship Fee also includes a premium exhibitor location and special recognition in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Schedule of Events and the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.

Luncheon Sponsorship Fee - $800

The Luncheon Sponsorship Fee includes all of the benefits of the Basic Exhibitor Fee and the opportunity for a 30 minute presentation provided by your organization during lunch.  The Luncheon Sponsorship Fee also includes a premium exhibitor location and special recognition in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Schedule of Events and the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.

SEAKM 2014 Annual Meeting Proceedings Flash Drive Sponsorship Fee - $1500

The SEAKM 2014 Annual Meeting Proceedings Flash Drive Sponsorship Fee includes all of the benefits of the Basic Exhibitor Fee and the opportunity for your organization’s logo to be displayed on one side of the SEAKM 2014 Annual Meeting Proceedings Flash Drives that are distributed to all of the SEAKM membership.  The Annual Proceedings Flash Drive Fee also includes a premium exhibitor location and special recognition in the SEAKM Annual Meeting Schedule of Events and the SEAKM Annual Meeting Proceedings.
