Agreement

By completing the applicaiton to exhibit at the Spring 2023 Research Symposium, you agree to the following rules:

• Nothing can be attached to the front of the building nor cover the words on the front of the building.
• All internal hanging must be done using one of the following materials:
  • Scotch removeable mounting putty
  • Command strips
  • When hanging from the ceiling, clear fishing line must be used, no bungie cords of any kind
• Absolutely NO confetti or glitter of any kind.
• The minimum age to rent the space is 18.
• The building and campus are both non-smoking.
• Any presence of media (i.e., television or newspaper) must be reported to ACHE immediately.
• Animals
  • Pets are not permitted in any ACHE building.
  • Service/Support animals are welcome.  Accommodations can be made for persons who rely on the assistance of a service/support animal.
• The use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited.  No device producing open flames is permitted.
