Canning 101 - Meats (Pressure)

Have you always wanted to try canning but just don't know where to start! Join us in a four part series on all things canning! We will explore both methods of canning throughout January and February. Join us for the final class where we will go over pressure canning meats.

Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: Pottorf Hall, Cico Park, 1710 Avery Avenue (Clover Room and Kitchen)
Fee: $25.00 per session

Youth 14 and younger will need a parent to help them throughout the class. (If parent is just helping they are free. If they are wanting to participate they will need to register separately.)

Registration will be limited so sign up and pay early before February 24 at 5:00 pm.
