Cook Once: Eat for Weeks

The class focuses on preparing meals in advance that can be placed in the freezer for future meals when you might not have time to cook. During this class, we will prepare 10 nutritious meals for you to take home and freeze for later use.

The class fee is $80 per person which will cover all of your necessary supplies. Fee will need to be paid by July 1 at 5:00 pm.

Sign up early because space is limited. Attendees will need to be 18 years of age to participate.
