Food Handler Training

The ServSafe Food Handler program delivers consistent food safety training to employees, consumers, and volunteers involved with the preparation and serving of food. It covers the basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitation.

All courses are taught in English. The ServSafe handler curriculum is available in English and Spanish. Please call 785-537-6350 to request Spanish language materials.
