The ServSafe program delivers consistent food safety training to employees, consumers, and volunteers involved with the preparation and serving of food. It covers basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitation.
All courses are taught in English. The ServSafe curriculum is available in English and Spanish. Please call 785-537-6350 to request Spanish language materials.
