DVMS/Strata 2016 Parent Dinner 

DVMS and Strata Montessori warmly welcome you to our annual Parent Dinner on Friday, October 21, 2016, from 6:00-11:00 p.m.

Building community benefits our children extraordinarily. It is our belief, at DVMS and Strata, that building community works best when we have fun doing it. Our annual parent dinner has a well-earned reputation of being ‘more fun than it should be.’ Great food, great atmosphere, and great people. There are limited spaces this year as we are holding it at Strata, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

We are proud to introduce renowned international chef Amnon Adri Greenspan, known affectionately as “Adri.”

Adri graduated from Cornell University and his passion for cooking has taken him all across the globe, from Europe to Asia to the Middle East, as well as our own backyard where he now works as a private chef.

You will begin your evening with drinks and charcuterie boards from The Strathcona. The Strathcona is owned and operated by fellow DVMS Montessori parents, and you will enjoy their social lounge experience in the Strata theatre.

Your meal will start with a guided tasting experience with Adri to allow you to connect with the food and atmosphere, followed by a second course of warm and cold soups magically blended to enhance the flavour experience. The third course will be a seasonal salad bar to be followed by a main course of Moroccan/Meditarian fusion (with vegetarian/vegan, gluten free, and carnivorous options).

Dessert, drinks, and delicious dialogue will close out the night.
