Our March PDM dealt with the PLANNING aspects of Project Management. The April PDM will complete the Project Managemetn journey by discussing the EXECUTION phases of scheduling, budgeting, controlling, and closing a project. As before, attendee participation will be encouraged several times.
There is no charge for this event, but you MUST have a Zoom link to attend. This link will be furnished to registrants by email at the completion of their registration.
