General Manager - Orchid Connecticut will lead the tour:
Mr. Noack joined Orchid Connecticut in 2013 as a Lean Leader and was promoted to General Manager in March 2016. Mr. Noack has been involved with screw machining and precision manufacturing throughout his career, including commercial, aerospace and the automotive industries. His career focused on the application of Lean methods in 2001 and is a certified Lean Practitioner. He used that successfully when he entered the medical industry in 2010. Mr. Noack has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and lead the tour with
