In order to accommodate tour guests, our host Medtronic must enforce certain Strict Requirements and Instructions for all attendees:
1. All registrants must provide your company name, strictly no competitors allowed from the Medical Device industry.
2. A signed copy of Confidentiality Agreement click here> CDA must be submitted by everyone at the registration desk prior to the tour.
3. Please read the attached Cleanroom Requirements click here > Cleanroom Requirements that all tour participants will have to follow. If anyone does not meet these requirements, they will not be allowed into the manufacturing areas.

Go through security check (ask for APICS / ASQ Tour) and Park at the Office building (building with round tower appearance in front).

Pizza & Salads served upon arrival, Cost $15 payable at door.
