Responding to Toxic Behavior in Academic Departments

In this interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to role play specific issues and situations they have witnessed, heard about, experienced (or fear they might experience) and explore ways to respond to or intervene on toxic behavior within departments. Exercises will be structured to preserve anonymity.
