Join us in a conversation about Ignatian Spirituality and Spiritual Practices. From its inception in early 1500 until today, many have practiced this way of seeing God and the world. Ignatius of Loyola wrote the Spiritual Exercises as his retreat manual. The Exercises were put together as he reflected on his experiences with God in prayer.
