Creating a Professional Environment

Employee morale and productivity are directly influenced by the workplace atmosphere.  Businesses that stress the importance of professionalism show a higher degree of customer satisfaction and respect than companies that do not emphasize professional behavior.  This one-hour workshop will cover Office Professionalism, Office Civility, Office Meetings, and Customer Complaints.
