Why is CrossFit all the rage? This class will explain and inform participants about the CrossFit program. Learn about this physically challenging opportunity during noon on Tuesdays. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to help people gain a broad general fitness. It concentrates on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness. This class includes important nutrition information, as well as visits to a CrossFit gym.
