A good portrait is a combination of lighting, composition, and technical competence. In this course, we will look at these elements and provide opportunities for you to make photographic portraits with your own cameras. Photograph people using studio and natural lighting techniques. You must have a camera with manual exposure capabilities and a hot shoe or pc-sync terminal for your camera to be about to work. A hot shoe mounted flash unit that works on your camera would be recommended.
