This class covers: Tools, Smokers, Grills, Rubs and Sauces, Appetizers,Chicken, Ribs, Pork Butt—and the mouth watering finale that you cook! Patrick Hilson has cooked competitively with 2 bbq teams: the local “Lil Mo BBQ” and the Memphis, TN based “Too Sauced To Pork.” Both teams are award winners with top 10 and top 5 finishes in the categories of pork shoulder, ribs, chicken, beef brisket and bbq sauce.
