If you want to install a feeder or a nest box to enjoy seeing birds in your backyard but don’t know where to start--or maybe you've tried and were unsuccessful,-- then this workshop is for you! Designed with a lecture and a field trip on the Bluebird Trail maintained by ASU, this workshop will provide tips and tricks to attract birds in your yard, with an emphasis on the popular bluebirds and other common cavity nesters. Participants will be asked to be quiet in the field to minimize disturbance to nesting birds and will need to wear light and non-restrictive clothing, tennis shoes, and bring insect repellent, sunglasses and a bottle of water.
