Register for Guidewell Financial's HUD-Approved Homeownership Education Workshop!

Are you interested in buying a home in Baltimore City? Guidewell Financial Solutions offers a HUD-approved homeownership education workshop to help you reach this goal. The workshop covers all elements of the home buying process from financial preparation and credit review to mortgage financing and closing.

The in-person workshop is $50.00 for an individual and an additional $25.00 for a co-borrower. Fee includes lunch and an educational homebuyers workbook.

In order to receive the certificate that qualifies for Baltimore City and Maryland State Settlement Assistance programs, you will also need to complete a one-on-one counseling session. The one-on-one counseling session is included in the workshop fee and is no additional charge. Counseling sessions are provided at Connexion Point Church, 3816 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229.
