Virtual CSEP/ASEP Preparation Course for Japan

Pricing Details

The fee for this course is $2390 USD per person. Registrants who are members of INCOSE, or part of an INCOSE CAB organization, or are attending JS2020 can get a discount of $300 per person. Registrants who are members of INCOSE or part of an INCOSE CAB organization AND are also attending JS2020 can get a discount of $600 per person. In addition, groups of three or more people attending from the same company or organization (must register with same company Email domain name) can get an additional discount of $200 per person - use the discount code 3ORMORE on the registration form.

Student Cancellation Policy: More than four weeks prior to the start of the event - 100% refund; two to four weeks prior to the start of the event - 50% refund; less than two weeks prior to the start of the event - no refund. Substitutions allowed with advance notification.

Sysnovation Cancellation Policy: Sysnovation reserves the right to cancel this course up to two weeks prior to the event.  In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of their course fee.

Timing Details

This course is the equivalent of a four day in-person course delivered over six virtual half-days. The course will run Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for two weeks, 8-10 and 15-17 September 2020, from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Japan Time (Note, this is the equivalent of 7:00 PM-Midnight the evening BEFORE (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday) US Eastern Time).

The specific timing will be (each day – Japan Time):

9:30-10:30         Session 2

The fee includes course materials (INCOSE SE Handbook Fourth Edition, student handbook, and sample exam questions).  Course materials will be mailed to the registrants, but they must ensure adequate time is allocated for shipment.  It is reccomended you register prior to 17 August 2020 to ensure you get your materials prior to the start of the course.
