Vico Cost Planner (Sept. 8)
One of the most important roles an Estimator can play in today’s construction industry is that of a trusted advisor. No more rifling through stacks of spreadsheets and drawings and cells full of assumptions. Now the estimator can show the Owner which decisions have the most impact on budget and schedule. Without being a modeler, the Estimator can help the Owner see which decisions are the most important – and this trust goes a very long way towards a successful project.
This class is a deep-dive into creating model-based Cost Plans. Attendees will use the Takeoff Items and Location-Based Quantities, Data Imports, and work with Targets, then print the Cost Plan Reports to utilize Vico Office for providing Cost input during management reviews.
Prerequisites:
- Basic computer skills

- Intro to Vico Office training or familiar with 5D Workflow and Vico Office Navigation
