Pathway of Hope, Salvation Army: Tessa and Clara

Pathway of Hope is a program that works to help families overcome barriers like unemployment, unstable housing, and a lack of education in order to break the cycle of crisis and vulnerability while leading families down a path toward increased stability and, ultimately, self-sufficiency.
