Nathanial (Nate) Baumsteiger is principal at NS. Baumsteiger Consulting. Nate started the firm in 2004 providing technology and deskside support services to the Northern California State Office of AFLAC and private medical practices from San Jose to the Oregon border. Nate started working with small RIA firms in 2011. Nate personally researches, tests and adopts all solutions and severices  offered by NS.BC.

NS.BC is an IT Consulting firm and Managed Services Provider operating in regulated industry verticals. The combined experience of Nate and his team provide client-firms and end-users with white-glove deskside support and the regulatory guidance in areas of technology and Cyber vulnerabilities and adherence. 

Patrick Hennessey, Director of Technology, Charles Schwab and Co., Inc. 
Patrick Hennessey is director of technology consulting for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. In this capacity, he helps investment advisory firms improve their business operations by providing guidance on the implementation of strong cybersecurity controls and other best practices. Prior to joining Schwab in 2009, Patrick held a variety of roles across the New York, London, and Mexico City offices of Swiss bank UBS AG. He also worked for a leading independent registered investment advisor in San Francisco. Patrick earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Boston University. He is a CFA® charterholder and member of CFA Society San Francisco.
