Beacon Hill Financial Educator’s CFP Board Ethics Workshop is an engaging seminar-presentation that provides a comprehensive review of CFP Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct. The Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility is covered, followed by an overview of the Financial Planning Practice Standards and the Rules of Conduct, as they relate to the Six-Step Financial Planning Process. Financial planning "fact patterns" are used to explain how material elements of the financial planning process determine if a financial planning relationship exists and if a financial planning engagement is warranted.
