CPHQ Review Course - 2018 

This course is designed to help focus the study efforts of candidates planning to take the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) examination.  
Completion of a NAHQ CPHQ Review Course product does not guarantee a passing grade on the CPHQ examination.   

The CPHQ Review Course will help participants:

• understand how accreditation, recognition programs, and continuous readiness activities provide quality oversight
• determine how to collect, interpret, and use data
• perform and coordinate risk management activities
• recognize patient safety goals and priorities
