Resilient Mindfulness Event

I've talked with clients about doing mindfulness exercises during their work day but they always tell me they are too busy to take the time. Working from home gives us a bit more flexibility, so join me for 40 minutes and we'll discuss mindfulness as a tool for focus and relaxation, do a brief meditation, and have some time to share observations about how this practice can be of benefit to you and your team.
