7 Sisters Brewery is hosting Nathan Zimmerman, the owner of Sleeping Tiger Fitness/360 Krav Maga, for a Women's Only Self Defense Workshop!
Learn simple and effective techniques and tips to help build confidence and strength. The fundamentals of Krav Maga focus on strategies that will give you the knwoledge and courage to protect & defend yourself in the event of unsafe/compromising situations.
This workshop will focus on establishing and maintaining distance, basic striking, and defense against common grabs.
All proceeds will be donated to Stand Strong for Sexual Assault Awareness Month!
